Return & Exchange Policy

Thanks for shopping with us! Here’s how our policy works:

No Refunds.

Exchanges only and Store Credit.

If something isn’t quite right, you can request an exchange within 14 days of delivery. Email us at info@cocoacouturemiami.com or call the store: 305-521-8527.
Items must be unused and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Items showing signs of wear, stains, deodorant marks or damaged will not be accepted.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 3 days with a photo, and we’ll take care of the exchange.

How to Request an Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at info@cocoacouturemiami.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. If you'd like an exchange, please let us know which item you'd like instead.

We'll send you return instructions as soon as possible.

If you don't see anything you'd like to exchange for at the moment, we can issue store credit. Your store credit never expires, and you can email us anytime when you're ready to apply it toward a future purchase.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs back to us. We will cover the shipping cost of your replacement item.
