SIZING

Women’s fashion clothing at our store is generally sized Juniors. In addition,
we recommend paying attention to the fabric content, for example, 100%
polyester will not stretch as much as polyester/spandex.

As soon as we receive your order, we begin to fulfill your order right away,
which means we are unable to accept any changes

“Unfulfilled” means your order has been received and is awaiting packaging. A
confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you once your
order has been shipped.

We cannot refund customers the amount of item markdowns due to the
nature of online retail. The price of items in our inventory can be reduced at
any time at the discretion of Cocoa Couture Boutique.

SHIPPING

Every US order is shipped through the United States Postal Service, allowing
each order to be tracked at www.usps.com. As soon as your product has been
shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can use for
your records, and see when your new items will arrive.

Since we know you’re eager to receive your new items, we want to ship them
as soon as possible. Most orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days of
submission.

We do not offer expedited shipping at the moment.

We do not ship orders internationally.

RETURNS

Refer to our Return Policy for more information!

Please note that we do not offer refunds. There are no exceptions. After that,
you can purchase the same item in a different size or in a different style.

Items on sale, items without tags, damaged items, accessories and jewelry, as
well as items returned over 15 days past the return period, are not eligible for
return.

Thank you for your understanding. We apologize for any inconvenience
caused by this oversight. Please send images of the items, along with item
SKUs, to info@cocoacouturemiami.com. Please include your order number in
your response. This issue will be resolved within 24 hours (weekdays only)
after we review these images.

number, and a photo of the damage if you believe the item you received was
damaged. At no additional charge, we will initiate a resolution once we
receive this information.

Yes, you may exchange an item for another size or another style. You may also
return your item for store credit if you wish. Upon return of the item, the store
credit can be applied towards a replacement or future purchase
